The first issue will appear in October 2015. A call for papers has been announced today for Research Papers, Case Studies of Practice, Ideas for Innovative Good Practice, and Viewpoints papers. Papers will address the topic <strong>A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words<\/strong>. The journal also accepts submissions in the form of digital media artefacts.<\/p>\n<p>Further details can be found from the <a title=\"Journal (JMEL)\" href=\"http:\/\/melsig.shu.ac.uk\/melsig\/?page_id=932\">JMEL part of this site<\/a> and from the <a title=\"Call for Papers \u2013 Vol.1.
