The Steering Group brings together volunteers from UK post-compulsory education institutions. The group steers, manages and delivers MELSIG activities ensuring they are commensurate with MELSIG’s purposes<\/a> and values<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Terms of Reference<\/h1>\n

    advise on and contribute to the management and administration of the SIG;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  2. \n

    advise and keep under review the SIG\u2019s scope, direction, purpose, continuity, and sustainability;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    maintain an overview of emerging and future practice in digital and social media, and linked research and investigation;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  4. \n

    advise on communication strategy;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    oversee the planning, organisation, delivery and evaluation of community facing activities;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    approve evaluation or other reports on SIG direction, progress and achievements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
